Mindfulness: An approach to enhance SEL

Research recommends that Mindfulness is a successful way to enhance SEL in students and adults. Mindfulness implies focusing with a specific goal in mind; in the present moment and non-critically. It helps us to be aware of our moment to moment experiences – thoughts, feelings and actions.
